I got a lot of great photos for pet portraits – so many that I will probably be running them for a couple of weeks. But given the new arrival in our house, I can’t resist starting out with this one of Phantom.
Today’s cat is from the same B&B as Old Dog from a few days ago.
The photo used here is the same one I used for a previous photodoodle. I revisited it because I wanted to experiment with the “hue” setting on “Van Gogh” and wanted a photo with bright, vibrant colors.
For this picture I used “Van Gogh” as a layer over the original photo, set at 80% opacity. I boosted the hue of the “Van Gogh” layer by 10% and reduced the hue of the original by 10% to give the color more depth.
